When corrective maintenance is no longer possible, replacement of the existing roof is the only option. Re-roofing is much more complicated than new roofing, and requires careful planning to assure a clean, smooth and efficient replacement of the old system (vapour barrier, insulation, and membrane). The real challenge is to complete the transformation with as little disruption as possible to the normal building routines. At Semple-Gooder we are proud of our ability to assess your requirements and seamlessly complete our roof replacement operations on time and within budget. While these multiphase projects may confound many contractors, they bring out the best in Semple-Gooder. Re-roofing accounts for the majority of our yearly production and this experience allows us to meet any re-roofing challenge. We handle the entire range of roofing replacement including copper, slate, tile, or any other North American style roof system. Our dump trailers allow debris to be removed daily and with our custom roof saws and hoists we achieve speedy and orderly removal. Our working asphalt tankers are time tested, and are protected by fences and lockable safety barricades that prevent tampering. At day's end, the roof is left watertight and easily able to withstand periods of inclement weather, should that possibility occur. The final touch is the sheet metal flashing, which is field measured and fabricated by certified journeyman sheet metal professionals. To complete the replacement we are able to offer a maintenance program that is guaranteed to assure long term quality performance.
