With millions of square footage of roofing in our cities, Green Roofs are playing an integral part in maintaining "urban conservation". The first five photos above are of a green roof on top of a downtown Toronto building. They show dismantling the old roof, reconstruction, water testing and the finished project. The last two photos are of a green roof boat house in Barrie, Ontario.

Green Roofs are sustainable systems that retain and recycle rain water, taking a huge burden off of the city sewer system.
